1- Third Party Policy (Compulsory)

Compulsory insurance under Kuwaiti law for all vehicles. It aims to protect the insured from the legal and financial liabilities arising from damage caused to others (property or injuries).

2- Comprehensive Policy (Complementary)

The comprehensive policy covers your private car or its parts against all risks or damage resulting from traffic accidents within the borders of the State of Kuwait, unknown accidents, and even windshield replacement.

3Personal accident policy for the driver and their spouse, parents and children riding with them

Covers death, permanent total disability and permanent partial disability if the accident is caused by or happens to the car, and the injured person has no right to full or partial blood money obtainable from the compulsory insurance of another car involved in the accident.

Under this policy the company pays no more than KWD 25,000 to the injured persons covered by this insurance, with a maximum of KWD 10,000 per injured person.

4Civil Liability Policy

It covers the legal liability of the insured, or of whoever they allowed to drive the vehicle, as established under Article 75 of Minister of Interior Decision No. 81 of 1976, in case of breach of the provisions of the compulsory insurance policy.

To issue this coverage, the insured must hold a compulsory third-party policy with the insuring company, and this policy may not be issued for a period ending after the expiry date of the third-party policy.

The company's liability under this policy for all accidents during the insurance period of one year or less (the policy term) is KWD 50,000, and anything above that is borne by the insured.

5Vehicle Total Loss Policy

Covers the vehicle in case of a total loss resulting from an accident, if the cost of the accident exceeds 75% of the vehicle's insured value.

6Driving Licence Insurance Policy

Under this policy the company compensates the insured for blood money and material compensation that others may claim from them, and for which their legal liability is established, as a result of injuries or damage caused by their driving during the policy term.

The policy is issued:

  1. To those who drive government cars exempt from insurance.
  2. To visitors, tourists and transit travellers holding foreign driving licences issued by competent government authorities, or international driving licences issued outside Kuwait by a competent body, to drive a vehicle for which their licence is valid, under the following conditions:
    1. Not changing the status of the visit, tourism or transit, or exceeding its duration.
    2. The licence must be legally valid.
    3. Complying with the legally prescribed insurance or guarantee rules and conditions.
7Unified Orange Card Policy for vehicles travelling through Arab countries

Covers the civil liability that may fall on the insured as a result of a traffic accident while travelling through the Arab countries covered by the insurance card.
